We're hiring a Digital Finishing Operator to oversee the final production stage of sticker and label manufacturing at our facility in Tinley Park, IL, working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role ensures high-quality output and smooth operations by operating laser finishers, slitting machines, and maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Operate laser finishers and slitting machines to produce sticker and label products, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards. - Inspect materials before and after cutting to verify accuracy, quality, and compliance with production specifications. - Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and communicate errors to the team to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency.
