Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food orders to customers using your own e-bike or scooter, ensuring orders arrive hot and on time while maintaining a friendly demeanor. - Navigate through Utrecht efficiently to meet delivery deadlines, using GPS tools and local knowledge to optimize routes. - Maintain a clean and safe riding record, adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure zero incidents. - Communicate proactively with customers and the support team to resolve delivery issues or delays, ensuring a positive experience. - Participate in team meetings and feedback sessions to improve service quality and share insights on local delivery challenges.
