Key Responsibilities: - Operate a bike, moped, or car to execute 10-15 daily deliveries, navigating urban routes efficiently via our courier app to meet real-time customer demands. - Maintain 95%+ on-time delivery accuracy by monitoring order statuses, optimizing routes, and adapting to traffic or weather delays without supervision. - Provide professional, contactless handoffs to customers, resolving minor order discrepancies (e.g., missing items) with clear communication and our support team’s guidance.
- Earn weekly pay with no upper limit, averaging £12–£16/hour depending on delivery volume, plus tips and performance-based bonuses during peak hours. - Set your own schedule with zero mandatory shifts—work 5-hour weekday evenings, weekend mornings, or any 2+ hour block that fits your availability. - Access free safety gear (reflective vest, phone mount) and discounted vehicle maintenance through our partner network for riders completing 50+ deliveries/month.
