Key Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently transport food orders from restaurants to customers' locations using a bicycle or scooter, ensuring food quality and presentation are maintained upon arrival. - Accurately follow delivery routes and instructions using a navigation app, providing excellent customer service and handling any customer inquiries or issues professionally during delivery. - Maintain the delivery vehicle (bicycle/scooter) in good working condition, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies throughout the delivery process.
