Key Responsibilities: - Operate your own vehicle (car, moped, or bike) to execute timely deliveries, leveraging Just Eat’s app for route optimization and real-time order tracking to maintain 95%+ on-time performance. - Verify order accuracy at pickup and ensure tamper-proof, presentable deliveries, resolving any discrepancies with restaurant staff or customer support to uphold service quality standards. - Adapt to dynamic weather and traffic conditions, proactively communicating delays via the app and prioritizing safety while meeting delivery windows to boost customer satisfaction ratings.

Job requirements

- No prior delivery experience required, but you must be 18+ with valid UK work rights, proof of age, and a clean driver’s license (if using a car/moped) to legally operate. - Provide your own reliable transportation (car, moped, or bike) and a smartphone running Android 8.0+ or iOS 12+ to use the Just Eat delivery app for order management and navigation. - Demonstrate self-motivation and problem-solving skills by independently managing your route, handling customer inquiries professionally, and troubleshooting minor app or vehicle issues.
