Maintain a >95% on-time delivery rate. - Maintain a clean and safe delivery vehicle, performing routine checks to ensure tires, brakes, and lights are functional before each shift. Reduce vehicle-related delays by 20%. - Provide friendly and professional customer service, handling complaints or issues with a positive attitude and resolving them on the spot. Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 4.5/5 or higher.
