We're hiring a Delivery Operations Manager to achieve network KPI & budget targets within the Belgium Market and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization across delivery operations. This role creates significant impact by optimizing delivery networks, improving efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction, operating in Belgium with an onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve network outcomes by taking end-to-end accountability for metrics like on-time delivery and courier rejections, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery. - Optimize delivery network costs through budget accountability and execution of cost reduction efforts, focusing on metrics such as cost per order and onboarding costs. - Leverage analytical tools and insights to identify segmented, zone-level network trends and make data-driven decisions to improve network performance.
- Possess 3+ years experience with advanced data analysis tools to derive actionable insights, coupled with a proven track record in a budget-ownership role including forecasting. - Demonstrate proficiency in using analytical tools for network trend identification and decision-making, alongside experience in driving operational targets within a digital-first environment. - Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive results in cross-functional areas.
