We're hiring a Delivery Operations Manager to achieve network KPI & budget targets within the Belgium Market and continuously improve delivery operations. This role creates impact by identifying and implementing optimization opportunities across the network, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery services in Belgium, primarily onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate root causes of delivery issues and trends, implementing data-driven solutions to optimize network performance and reduce operational costs. - Accountable for end-to-end network outcomes such as on-time delivery and courier rejections, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction. - Propose, analyze, and lead experiments in partnership with central teams, leveraging analytical tools to assess outcomes and drive continuous improvements.
- 3+ years experience in leveraging data and analysis tools to derive actionable insights, coupled with proven success in a budget-ownership role. - Proficient in utilizing analytical tools such as statistical and predictive modeling for identifying network trends and making informed, data-driven decisions. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in areas outside immediate responsibility.
