We're hiring a Delivery Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our delivery network KPIs and budget targets across the Belgium Market, integrating insights across various functional teams. This role critically impacts operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within Belgium, ensuring seamless delivery performance in an onsite capacity by driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end accountability for network outcomes like on-time delivery and courier rejections, utilizing analytical insights to meet operational targets. - Optimize delivery network costs and manage budget accountability, implementing configurations for courier fees and incentives to enhance financial performance. - Leverage statistical and predictive modeling tools to identify zone-level network trends, proposing and leading experiments to improve delivery efficiency and outcomes.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools, coupled with proven success in budget ownership and forecasting functions. - Track record of driving operational targets, ideally in a digital-first environment, with the ability to quickly learn complex network tools and apply them effectively. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results in cross-functional areas.
