Key Responsibilities: - End to end accountability for network outcomes such as on time delivery and courier rejections, ensuring high service levels by monitoring key performance indicators. - Budget accountability and responsible for identifying and executing delivery network costs optimization efforts, including cost per order and onboarding. - Implementation and administration of operational configurations across courier fees, incentives, and assignment logic for efficient network functioning.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools, demonstrating a track record in driving operational targets, ideally in a digital-first environment. - Ability to use large data sets to draw conclusions, leveraging analytical tools like statistical modeling to identify network trends and insights. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence key senior stakeholders and drive results in cross-functional areas.
