Job description

We're hiring a Delivery Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our delivery network performance, ensuring efficient operations and strategic alignment across various teams. This role creates significant impact by improving key delivery metrics and cost efficiency within the Belgium Market, working primarily onsite to manage day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Drive network outcomes like on-time delivery and courier rejections by investigating root causes and implementing data-driven optimization strategies. - Manage budget accountability for delivery network costs, identifying and executing cost optimization efforts such as cost per order and onboarding expenditures. - Implement and administer operational configurations across courier fees, incentives, and assignment logic to ensure optimal performance in designated regions.
