- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools in a quantitative field such as Business, Engineering, Operations, or Statistics. - Proven success in a budget-ownership role, including forecasting functions, with a track record of achieving operational targets effectively. - Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders, balancing informed decision-making with critical thinking to drive results.
