Key Responsibilities: - End to end accountability for network outcomes such as on time delivery, delivery times, undelivered orders, courier rejections etc. - Accountable for budget management and executing delivery network cost optimization efforts, including cost per order and onboarding cost reduction. - Accountability for operational configurations across courier fees, incentives, utilisation, assignment logic, cost functions, etc. for Israel.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools, driving operational targets in a digital-first environment with proven budget ownership. - Utilize advanced analytical tools like statistical and predictive modeling to derive actionable insights for optimizing network configurations and performance. - Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior leadership and drive results across cross-functional teams and initiatives.
