Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end network outcomes by analysing delivery times and undelivered orders, implementing strategic improvements to achieve key performance indicators. - Optimize network costs through detailed budget accountability and execution of cost-saving initiatives, impacting per-order cost and onboarding efficiency. - Configure and administer operational settings for courier fees and assignment logic, collaborating with central teams to ensure optimal network utilisation.
- 3+ years experience in leveraging data and analysis tools for deriving actionable insights and making data-driven decisions. - Proven success in a budget-ownership role, including forecasting functions, with a track record of driving operational targets in digital-first environments. - Excellent stakeholder management skills to influence key senior stakeholders and drive results in cross-functional areas.
