Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end network outcomes, including on-time delivery and courier rejections, utilizing performance data to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery metrics. - Drive budget accountability and optimize delivery network costs, leveraging forecasting and cost per order analysis to achieve significant financial efficiencies and savings. - Implement and administer operational configurations for courier fees and assignment logic, collaborating with central teams to maintain optimal network performance across designated regions.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools, demonstrating a proven track record in utilizing insights for strategic decision-making and operational improvements. - Proven success in budget-ownership roles, including forecasting, and a track record of driving operational targets in fast-paced digital environments. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders and drive results in cross-functional areas, challenging the status quo effectively.
