Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food orders to customers' locations using your own vehicle (e-bike, scooter, or motor) while ensuring timely and safe drop-offs. - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, representing Thuisbezorgd.nl’s brand and values. - Follow assigned routes efficiently, using navigation tools to optimize delivery times and minimize delays. - Track and report any issues (e.g., missing items, delays) via the company’s app to ensure customer satisfaction and operational transparency. - Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols, including proper vehicle maintenance and insurance coverage for commercial use. - Collaborate with local support teams to resolve challenges, such as route obstructions or customer inquiries, ensuring smooth operations.
- Earn a competitive hourly wage based on age (e.g., €7.81/hour for 16-year-olds, €15.89/hour for 21+) including vacation pay and hours. - Keep 100% of any tips earned during deliveries for added financial motivation. - Choose work hours that fit your lifestyle with support from a local team for scheduling and operational assistance.
