We're hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver orders to customers, ensuring timely and friendly service. This role operates in Utrecht with flexible work modes including on foot, bicycle, or car. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food and essential orders to customers' locations using assigned or personal vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs while maintaining a friendly demeanor. - Maintain a clean and safe driving record, adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure customer and public safety during all deliveries. - Communicate effectively with customers and team members, resolving any delivery issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. - Track and report delivery metrics, including time taken and customer feedback, to improve service efficiency and quality. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, delivery routes, and customer service best practices.
