We're hiring a Delivery Driver to transport food and groceries to our customers efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for reliable service. You will be based in Utrecht and work in an onsite capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Use your own vehicle (e-bike, scooter, or car) to deliver orders promptly and safely, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Navigate through the city efficiently to meet delivery times and maintain high service standards. - Handle customer interactions professionally, addressing any issues or questions that arise during delivery.
- You will receive a fixed hourly wage based on your age, ranging from €7.81 to €15.89 per hour, including vacation pay and vacation hours. Additionally, you get to keep 100% of the tips you earn. - You can choose to work part-time or full-time, and you can select your preferred mode of transportation, whether by car or bicycle. - You will have the opportunity to develop new skills and advance your career within the company, with support from a local team.
- You must be at least 16 years old and have your own delivery vehicle, such as an e-bike, scooter, or car. If your vehicle has a motor, you need a valid driver's license and commercial insurance. - You must be available to work at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening, with your schedule provided a week in advance. - You should be able to handle customer interactions professionally and navigate the city efficiently to meet delivery times.
