- Earn a competitive hourly wage based on age (e.g., €7.81/hour for 16-year-olds, up to €15.89/hour for 21+) including vacation pay and vacation hours. - Keep 100% of any tips received, adding to your earnings. - Choose work hours that fit your lifestyle, with schedule visibility one week in advance.
