We're hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction across Den Haag. This role creates impact by enhancing customer experiences through timely and friendly deliveries in Den Haag and surrounding areas, with flexible work modes including on foot, bicycle, or car. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food orders to customers' locations within specified timeframes while maintaining order accuracy and food quality. - Navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize routes and minimize delivery times. - Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and restaurant staff. - Handle customer inquiries or issues during deliveries with a solution-oriented approach. - Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols while operating delivery vehicles (bicycle, scooter, or car). - Report any delivery discrepancies, damaged orders, or safety concerns to the support team immediately. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve delivery performance and customer service.
- Earn a competitive hourly wage (€7.81 to €15.89 based on age) including vacation pay and vacation hours. - Keep 100% of any tips received for exceptional service. - Choose flexible working hours (part-time or full-time) and delivery methods (bicycle, scooter, or car).
- Must be at least 16 years old to apply. - Must have access to a reliable delivery vehicle (e-bike, scooter, or car) depending on location. - Must have a valid driver’s license and commercial insurance if using a motorized vehicle. - Must be available to work at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening per week.
