We're hiring a driver to join our platform and provide transportation services to riders. This role will involve driving in and around the city, ensuring riders reach their destinations safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations using the Uber app, adhering to all traffic laws and providing a comfortable ride experience. - Manage navigation and optimize routes using a smartphone to ensure timely arrivals and efficient trip completion for all passengers. - Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle, offering a positive and professional customer service experience to every rider encountered.
- Instant Pay allows cashing out earnings up to 5 times a day, with potential to earn $24.1 per hour based on median earnings. - Drivers have the flexibility to choose their own working hours and drive as much or as little as they want. - Uber offers partnerships for vehicle rentals on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis for those who do not own a car.
- Requires at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25). - Must have an eligible 4-door vehicle, a valid US driver's license, proof of residency, and smartphone (iPhone or Android). - Candidates must consent to a driver screening and background check, and provide proof of vehicle insurance if driving their own vehicle.
