Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food orders to customers' locations using your own vehicle (e-bike, scooter, or car) while ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time. - Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, representing Thuisbezorgd.nl’s brand positively. - Navigate efficiently using GPS and the Thuisbezorgd.nl app to optimize delivery routes and minimize delays during peak hours. - Handle customer inquiries or issues during deliveries, escalating problems to support teams when necessary to ensure resolution. - Track and report delivery metrics (e.g., time per delivery, customer ratings) to improve service quality and personal performance. - Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company guidelines to ensure a secure and reliable delivery experience for all parties.
