Key Responsibilities: - Operate a bicycle or scooter to deliver food and groceries to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining vehicle safety. - Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers, handling queries, and resolving issues during deliveries to enhance customer experience. - Navigate efficiently using provided routes and tools, optimizing delivery times and managing orders through the company's delivery platform to meet performance metrics.
