We're hiring a Delivery Courier to deliver orders to customers, ensuring timely and friendly service while representing our brand. This role operates in Utrecht and is primarily onsite, with flexible work arrangements available. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food and goods orders to customers using your own vehicle (e-bike, scooter, or motorbike), ensuring orders are handled with care and delivered on time. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service during each delivery interaction. - Follow assigned routes efficiently, using navigation tools to optimize delivery times and reduce unnecessary delays. - Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols while operating your vehicle, ensuring the security of both the order and the community. - Communicate proactively with the support team to resolve any delivery issues or delays, ensuring smooth operations. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve delivery efficiency and customer service standards.
- Earn a competitive hourly wage based on age (starting at €7.81/hour for 16-year-olds up to €15.89/hour for 21+), including vacation pay and holiday hours. - Keep 100% of any tips received for exceptional service during deliveries. - Enjoy flexible scheduling options to align work hours with personal lifestyle preferences.
- Must be older than 16 years to apply for this role. - Ownership of a suitable delivery vehicle (e-bike, scooter, or motorbike) depending on location, with a valid driver’s license and commercial insurance for motorized vehicles. - Availability to work at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening per week, with schedules provided one week in advance.
