Key Responsibilities: - Deliver customer orders accurately and on time using your own vehicle (bike, scooter, or car), ensuring packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition. - Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers, representing Thuisbezorgd.nl’s values and ensuring a positive experience. - Follow local traffic and safety regulations, including wearing required safety gear and ensuring your vehicle is properly insured for commercial use. - Communicate proactively with the local team to address any delivery issues, route changes, or customer feedback promptly and efficiently. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on delivery best practices, new tools, and company policies that enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
