Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food and grocery orders to customers using your own e-bike, scooter, or car, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by representing Thuisbezorgd.nl professionally and courteously during each interaction. - Follow safety protocols and traffic regulations while navigating designated delivery routes efficiently and responsibly. - Communicate proactively with the support team to resolve any delivery issues or delays, ensuring smooth operations. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on delivery best practices and new company initiatives.
- Earn a competitive hourly wage ranging from €7.81 to €15.89 based on age, including holiday allowance and holiday hours. - Keep 100% of any tips received, adding to your earnings directly. - Enjoy a flexible schedule tailored to your lifestyle, with shifts planned one week in advance.
- Be at least 16 years old to qualify for this role. - Provide your own e-bike, scooter, or car depending on your location and role requirements. - Maintain a valid driver’s license and commercial usage insurance if operating a motorized vehicle.
