Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food and essentials efficiently using your own bicycle, e-bike, or scooter, ensuring orders arrive on time and in good condition. - Provide excellent customer service by interacting politely and professionally with customers, handling any issues or complaints promptly. - Maintain accurate records of deliveries using our app, ensuring all orders are logged and tracked for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
