Job description

We're hiring a Delivery Courier to ensure timely and joyful delivery of food and groceries, collaborating with logistics and customer service. This role creates significant impact by directly connecting customers with their orders, operating from Haarlem in an onsite mode. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently deliver food and grocery orders using designated routes and transport, utilizing navigation apps to ensure timely arrival and customer satisfaction. - Professionally interact with customers during drop-offs, maintaining a positive attitude and effectively resolving minor delivery-related inquiries on the spot. - Adhere strictly to food safety and handling guidelines throughout the delivery process, ensuring product integrity and compliance with health regulations.
