Job description

We're hiring a Delivery Courier to be our on-road heroes and help to keep us moving. This role creates impact by ensuring timely deliveries to our customers in Eindhoven and will be a hybrid work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers within a specified time frame, ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction. - Navigate efficiently through the city using provided tools and a personal vehicle, meeting delivery targets and maintaining a high level of service. - Communicate effectively with customers and support teams to resolve any issues during delivery, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job requirements

- Must be aged 16 or over to be considered for the role. - May require providing your own e-bike or scooter, and a valid license and commercial usage insurance if using a motorized vehicle. - Must work at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening per week, with schedules created one week in advance.
