We're hiring a Data Security Specialist to engineer controls safeguarding JET's sensitive data across cloud-native and enterprise environments. This role ensures data protection is built-in, translating standards into scalable implementations like DLP and encryption pipelines, creating impact globally with an onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee deployment and daily management of Enterprise DLP and encryption solutions across network, cloud, endpoint, and AI environments to protect data at rest, in transit, and in use. - Manage automated data discovery pipelines to ensure sensitive information is accurately mapped and protected, extending controls to AI-integrated environments like training datasets. - Collaborate with Security Architecture to embed data protection controls, cryptography, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) baselines directly into CI/CD developer workflows.
- 5+ years experience implementing and managing data security controls in cloud-native or enterprise environments. - Strong automation and scripting skills using Python and Bash/Shell, comfortable translating security goals into working code and IaC. - Ability to collaborate effectively across DevOps, Software Engineering, IT, and Privacy teams, acting as an enabler and building trusted partnerships.
