This role delivers end-to-end machine learning solutions that directly impact customer engagement and order growth, working in London or Amsterdam in a hybrid mode. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and deployment of ML/AI solutions, including embedding models and LLMs, to drive engagement and orders, raising technical excellence standards. - Apply generative AI and LLM techniques to personalization challenges, generating customer/partner representations that improve search relevance and app experiences. - Own results by designing, running, and interpreting A/B experiments with statistical rigor, measuring real impact on business metrics and ensuring accountability.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end ML solutions from problem framing through deployment and experiment measurement, demonstrating goal commitment. - Expertise in Python and SQL for production-grade coding and complex data warehousing, along with experience in search, retrieval, and recommendation techniques. - Excellent problem-framing and communication skills to translate complex business questions into clear modeling approaches and explain results to stakeholders.
