Key Responsibilities: - Manage, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of Data Scientists to foster a collaborative and results-driven culture and achieve business objectives efficiently. - Define logistics estimation solutions aligned with business goals, partnering with Product Management to prioritize initiatives and drive strategic outcomes effectively. - Take ownership of logistics KPIs, specifically focusing on improving overall ETA accuracy throughout the customer journey by conducting root cause analysis.
- Proven, extensive experience in leadership and people management with demonstrated ability to mentor and guide Data Scientists effectively. - Prior hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in a corporate environment for technical guidance. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical peers and non-technical business leaders effectively.
