- 5+ years experience in leading and managing data science teams, applying strategic oversight to model development and deployment efforts. - Proficiency in advanced data science and machine learning methodologies, including experience with geospatial analysis, deep learning, and ETA prediction. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective influence across technical peers and non-technical business leaders.
