We're hiring a Data Science Manager to strategically lead efforts in maximizing the impact of our predictive engine on the global delivery network. This leadership role focuses on defining data science solutions and driving business outcomes through enhanced Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) accuracy across our extensive network. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of Data Scientists to foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the logistics estimations domain. - Take ownership of logistics KPIs, specifically focusing on improving overall Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) accuracy throughout the customer delivery journey. - Act as the primary interface, translating complex data and machine learning concepts into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven, extensive experience in leadership and people management, with demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and develop Data Scientists effectively. - Prior hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in a corporate environment for strategic guidance. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence technical peers and non-technical business leaders effectively.
