Key Responsibilities: - Manage, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of Data Scientists to foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, ensuring continuous skill development. - Lead deep-dive analysis into ETA model accuracy gaps using analytical tools to diagnose and address operational friction points, enhancing model performance. - Act as the primary interface, translating complex data and ML concepts into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders, driving informed decisions.
- 5+ years experience in leadership and people management within data science, developing and deploying machine learning models in corporate environments. - Proficiency in machine learning methodologies, including deep learning, with expertise in logistics, geospatial analysis, or ETA prediction problems. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence technical and business leaders, translating complex concepts effectively.
