We're hiring a Data Science Manager to strategically lead and maximize the impact of our predictive engine on the global delivery network. This role creates impact by elevating ETA accuracy, leading the team to define data science solutions and drive global business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of Data Scientists to foster a collaborative culture and achieve strategic goals in logistics estimation. - Define logistics estimation solutions aligned with business goals, partnering with Product Management to prioritize initiatives and improve key performance indicators. - Lead deep-dive analysis into ETA model accuracy gaps to diagnose and address operational friction points and improve the overall customer journey.
- 5+ years experience in data science leadership, people management, and mentoring to develop high-performing data science teams effectively. - Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining ML models, including deep learning, within a corporate environment using relevant MLOps tools. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, translating complex ML concepts into business insights to influence strategic decision-making.
