We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to advise clients on insurance coverage options and solve their insurance problems, ensuring their needs are met with clarity and care. This role creates impact by maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery in Bethel Park, PA, with onsite work during office hours. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing queries, educating clients on coverage options, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and clearly. - Respond to quote requests and leads within the same business day, actively cross-sell accounts, and ask for referrals to enhance client engagement and agency growth. - Use multiple software platforms to generate quotes, update policies, and maintain accurate client data in the Agency Management system, ensuring operational efficiency. - Assist with agency marketing programs, including the Agency Newsletter, and check renewals to support business development and client retention.

- 3+ years of office experience, preferably in an insurance office setting, with a high school diploma required and an Associates degree preferred. - PA Property & Casualty insurance license required or willingness to obtain it immediately, with agency covering training and test costs for committed candidates. - Strong interpersonal skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to explain complex insurance coverage issues in simple terms while multitasking and staying organized.
