Job description

Do you want to run campaigns for international clients? Are you interested in online recruitment and the HR sector? Do you want to develop your own skills and knowledge? Then you’re in the right place! We are looking for you to join our team in Rotterdam (home office possible)! Backoffice Employee The Operations team is the heart of our company. As a Backoffice Employee, you are responsible for everything from receiving orders, processing and delivering them correctly, to performing quality checks. In short: the entire ordering process is in your hands! In addition to numerous technical points of contact, you will frequently interact directly with our suppliers and customers. You will be responsible for: - Timely processing and delivery of (digital) campaigns for our large network of 2,000+ media channels (think job boards such as LinkedIn or Indeed). You are the interface between suppliers and internal departments (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Procurement). - Building healthy customer relationships by offering them an excellent customer experience through first-class support. - Accurately documenting every step of the order processing in one of our applications, such as Salesforce. - Contributing to process optimization and supporting the team in further automating the campaign delivery process.

Job requirements

In addition, you bring: - A degree (for example in marketing or communications). - Initial experience in back office, order management, or customer service (preferably in a technical environment). - Whether by email or by phone, you communicate fluently in Dutch and English. German would be a big plus! - Your analytical mindset and technical knowledge set you apart. - Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce is a strong advantage. - An entrepreneurial approach: at VONQ we highly value a positive, independent, and proactive attitude. Our office is located right in the city center of Rotterdam. And although we have a hybrid work culture—with lots of remote work and flexible hours—we work at least two days in the office with the whole team!
