As a Backoffice Employee, you are responsible for everything from receiving orders, processing and delivering them correctly, to performing quality checks. In short: the entire ordering process is in your hands! In addition to numerous technical points of contact, you will frequently interact directly with our suppliers and customers. You will be responsible for: - Timely processing and delivery of (digital) campaigns for our large network of 2,000+ media channels (think job boards such as LinkedIn or Indeed). You are the interface between suppliers and internal departments (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Procurement). - Building healthy customer relationships by offering them an excellent customer experience through first-class support. - Accurately documenting every step of the order processing in one of our applications, such as Salesforce. - Contributing to process optimization and supporting the team in further automating the campaign delivery process.
