- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools to derive actionable insights and solve complex logistics problems. - Proficient in utilizing analytical tools (statistical, predictive modeling) and comfortable with budget ownership, including forecasting functions for network cost optimization. - Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and a bias for action, driving operational targets in fast-paced, digital-first environments.
