Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end network outcomes such as on-time delivery and courier rejections, leveraging operational configurations to achieve key performance indicators effectively. - Manage the delivery network budget, identifying and executing cost optimization initiatives like cost per order reduction to ensure financial targets are met. - Utilize analytical tools and data sets to identify zone-level trends and insights, proposing and leading network experiments to improve overall operational efficiency.
- 3+ years experience in data analysis and operational management roles, focusing on deriving actionable insights and improving network KPIs. - Proven success in a budget-ownership role, including forecasting functions and optimizing delivery network costs effectively. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive results in areas of indirect responsibility.
