This role creates significant impact by improving efficiency and courier performance in Belgium, operating in an onsite capacity to directly manage network dynamics and drive key outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve network KPIs and budget targets by investigating root causes of issues, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions for operational optimization. - Manage end-to-end accountability for network outcomes, including on-time delivery, courier rejections, and cost optimization efforts like cost per order and onboarding costs. - Leverage analytical tools and data insights to identify segmented network trends, propose experiments, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve network performance.
- 3+ years experience in operations management, demonstrating success in budget ownership, forecasting, and driving operational targets in digital environments. - Proficiency with data and analysis tools for deriving actionable insights, alongside the ability to quickly learn and master complex, technical network tools. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, proven by the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results in areas beyond immediate responsibility, while challenging the status quo.
