Key Responsibilities: - Optimize network outcomes like on-time delivery and courier rejections, analyzing data to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction across the entire delivery process. - Manage budget accountability and identify cost-saving initiatives for the delivery network, executing strategies to optimize cost per order and onboarding expenses effectively. - Implement and administer operational configurations for courier fees, incentives, and assignment logic, ensuring optimal network performance and resource utilization.
- 3+ years experience using data and analysis tools to derive actionable insights, demonstrating proficiency in statistical modeling and predictive analytics for problem-solving. - Proven success in a budget-ownership role including forecasting functions, effectively managing financial resources to meet operational targets and strategic objectives. - Track record of driving operational targets, ideally in a digital-first environment, by implementing improvements and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve measurable results.
