Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food and grocery orders to customers using your own vehicle (bike, scooter, or car), ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time. - Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers, representing Thuisbezorgd.nl’s values in every interaction. - Follow safety protocols and traffic regulations, ensuring the security of both the delivery and the customer’s property during each drop-off. - Communicate effectively with the local team to manage schedules, resolve issues, and optimize delivery routes for efficiency. - Participate in ongoing training and feedback sessions to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
