Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food and grocery orders to customers using your own vehicle (bike, scooter, or car) while ensuring items arrive in excellent condition. - Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with customers, representing Thuisbezorgd.nl positively in every interaction. - Follow assigned routes efficiently, optimizing delivery times to meet or exceed performance expectations. - Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for yourself and others during deliveries. - Communicate proactively with the support team to resolve issues like delays or incorrect orders, ensuring smooth operations. - Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on delivery best practices and company policies.
- Hourly wages range from €7.81 to €15.89 (gross, including holiday allowance) based on age, with 100% of tips retained. - Flexible scheduling with shifts published one week in advance, accommodating part-time or full-time preferences. - Opportunities for career progression and skill development within a globally recognized delivery company.
