- Earn a fixed hourly wage based on age (e.g., €15.89/hour for 21+ years old) including holiday allowance and holiday hours, paid fairly per minute worked. - Keep 100% of any tips earned during deliveries, providing additional financial rewards. - Enjoy flexible scheduling with shifts published one week in advance, allowing for work-life balance.
