We're hiring a Courier to deliver packages and make customers' days in Utrecht. This role helps keep the city moving and creates direct impact through timely deliveries. You will be based in Utrecht and work onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Operate vehicles (bike, scooter, or car) to deliver food and groceries efficiently, using route optimization tools to ensure timely deliveries. - Provide excellent customer service by handling packages with care and interacting professionally with customers to enhance their experience. - Maintain delivery logs and reports accurately, tracking delivery metrics and performance indicators to meet company standards.
