Key Responsibilities: - Operate a bicycle, e-bike, or scooter to deliver packages and food efficiently, tracking deliveries via our app to ensure accuracy and timeliness. - Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates. - Plan and optimize delivery routes using our app, balancing speed and efficiency to maximize the number of deliveries completed per shift.
