We're hiring a Courier to deliver food and groceries, bringing joy to our customers in Utrecht. This role creates impact by ensuring timely deliveries and enhancing customer satisfaction, working onsite with flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities: - Operate a vehicle (e-bike, scooter, or car) to deliver orders efficiently, using our delivery app to manage routes and track deliveries, ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Maintain vehicle condition and comply with traffic regulations, adhering to safety protocols to minimize delivery times and errors. - Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and issues professionally to enhance the delivery experience and customer loyalty.
- Compensation starts at €7.81 per hour for ages 16, increasing to €15.89 per hour for ages 21+, including vacation pay and hours. - Flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time options, working evenings midweek and one weekend evening, with the roster provided a week in advance. - Career advancement opportunities with skill development and bonuses, supported by a local team for assistance and growth.
