We're hiring a Courier to deliver packages efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction across Utrecht. This role creates impact by making someone’s day with every delivery, and you will be working in Utrecht with an onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Operate your own e-bike or scooter to deliver pizzas, groceries, and other packages to customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery. - Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally and courteously with customers, handling any issues or complaints promptly. - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, manage tips, and adhere to company policies and safety regulations to ensure smooth operations.
