Key Responsibilities: - Operate your chosen vehicle (bike/moped/car) to execute 10+ daily deliveries, optimizing routes via Just Eat’s app to maintain 95%+ on-time performance and customer satisfaction. - Verify order accuracy at pickup, secure proper handling, and confirm deliveries through the app, resolving minor discrepancies (e.g., missing items) with restaurant partners in real time. - Adapt to dynamic weather and traffic conditions, proactively communicating delays via the app to maintain transparency and trust with customers and Just Eat’s operations team.
